Redefining Traditional DevSecOps and SecDevOps with SecDops

Unlike traditional SecDevOps, which focuses on security starting from the development phase, and DevSecOps, which integrates security into DevOps workflows, SecDops takes a more holistic approach by focusing on security in every phase, starting from design, through development, DevOps, and extending to data. SecDops is built on the belief that true security is achieved by deeply understanding the systems we aim to protect. Therefore, we begin by mastering the core concepts to establish a strong foundation. Finally, we believe in harnessing the power of AI to continuously improve and adapt our security measures. To bring this vision to life, SecDops is built on three core pillars.

The Three Pillars of SecDops

Starting with a Strong Foundation

Mastering core security, networking, development, and DevOps concepts to build a resilient base.

Secure Dev, Data & Ops Workflows

Integrating security across development, data, and operations workflows.

AI-Driven Cybersecurity

Harnessing the power of AI to detect, predict, and prevent security threats in real time.

The SecDops Mastery Program

The SecDops Mastery Program is designed to provide an in-depth, hands-on learning experience in modern security practices. Through a structured curriculum, you'll master core concepts in security, networking, development, and DevOps, while gaining practical experience with cutting-edge tools like Terraform, Python, and GitHub Actions. By the end of this program, you'll be equipped with the skills to build secure systems, collaborate effectively in agile teams, and implement AI-driven security strategies to protect against evolving threats. The program has three phases.

Phase 1

Build a strong foundation

In this phase, we will master the core security, networking, development, and DevOps concepts that form the backbone of a secure tech environment. We will dive into essential tools and practices, including Python for scripting and automation, Git for version control, GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation, and Terraform for infrastructure as code.

Phase 2

Build Secure Pipelines

We will learn how to build secure pipelines by integrating security at every stage of the DevOps lifecycle. This includes leveraging SAST for early vulnerability detection, DAST for runtime analysis, SCA for identifying vulnerable dependencies, and CI/CD practices to ensure continuous security throughout development and deployment.

Coming Soon!

Phase 3

Working with a Team

In this phase, we will collaborate in teams, following Agile methodologies to gain hands-on experience making use of the concepts learned in previous phases. This phase emphasizes collaboration and iterative improvement, giving you the practical experience necessary to succeed in modern software development and cybersecurity practices.

What People Are Saying

We’re still fine-tuning the course, so these are just sample testimonies to give you an idea of what’s to come. Real testimonials will be available once we’ve successfully graduated our first batch – we promise they’ll be real (and hopefully not too cheesy)!

"The SecDops Mastery Program equipped me with practical security skills and a solid foundation to excel as a developer in today's fast-paced tech world."

Jason Shine

Developer

"Thanks to the SecDops Mastery Program, I gained hands-on experience in security and DevOps, giving me the tools to implement seamless, secure pipelines."

Christy Smith

DevOps Engineer

"This program helped me build a strong security foundation and apply best practices, enabling me to design secure, scalable systems with confidence."
